Courses

AKVAMOD runs a number of courses in ecological modelling covering procedures in model development and model applications. Models such as steady state models, statistical models, dynamic models, spatial models, Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) models and Structurally Dynamic Models (SDMs). The submodels for physical, biological and biogeochemical processes and application of chaos and catastrophic theory are included in some these courses. According to student knowledge and purpose of application of ecological modelling,. AKVAMOD offer courses for students on bachelor, master and phd’s levels as well as for senior researchers.
